Back from health camp and 15kilos lighter!

Had to go away and get my health issues in order and by the grace of God have made good progress. Was and still is difficult, but well and truly worth the effort.
Three to Four hours exercise every day, healthy food and time out from normal routine has been my daily agenda for the last 6 weeks.

To serve Him and be more healthy for my family is reason enough.

Hope to start posting soon.

It is always time for us to re-assess our habits, especially when the results are shown up our bodies. I guess I am in a "before" situation. I appreciate you showing the way, though it is a hard process-

Thanks for the feedback. It is hard work but not impossible. When you start and keep at it, the habit becomes more normal. The six week thing for me was just to start a necessary change in my life. I am 43, have health issues related to Diabetes, overweight, infections etc, and something had to give.

Do it for the glory of God and He will help you. All the other benefits are just bonuses on top of that, especially being a father of 5 having three girls still at home aged 12, 13 and 14.
